Lime Avocado Chicken Salad

Slices of Chicken Cooked with Herb Blend for Chicken
Mixed Greens
3 Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half
Shredded Carrots
Sliced Cucumbers
1/3 Cup Mixture of Frozen Corn, Black Beans and Chopped Sweet Pepper
1 Avocado
2 Lime Wedges
Salt to Taste

Place mixed greens in a bowl. Top with leftover cooked chicken slices, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers. In a skillet, heat a mixture of frozen corn, black beans and chopped peppers until tender. Add to salad. Cube avocado and place in a small bowl. Squeeze 1 lime wedge over avocado, salt to taste and mix. Top salad with salted avocado. Serve with another lime wedge and your favorite dressing.
