Beef cooked with Herb Blend for Beef
A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
A few dashes of low sodium soy sauce
Mixed salad greens like romaine lettuce and arugula
Sweet pepper, chopped
Red onion, sliced
Feta Cheese or Blue Cheese crumbles
Cut steak into small bite-size pieces. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire and soy sauce to coat steak. Make a salad of greens, sweet peppers, tomatoes, red onion and scallions. Top with steak and cheese crumbles. Serve with aged balsamic dressing or your salad favorite dressing.
Other idea toppings: Roasted corn, walnuts, grated pecorino romano, mushrooms.
